XDAY sells digital gaming software, license keys, Fortnite cheats, VALORANT cheats, Apex Legends cheats, HWID spoofers, colorbots, and related PC utilities.

Due to the nature of digital products and electronically delivered licenses, purchases are generally final once the products have been successfully delivered, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

XDAY generally does not offer discretionary refunds for successfully delivered digital products.

4. Game Bans and Account Restrictions

5. Delivery Issues

Customers who experience missing license keys, incorrect delivery information, inaccessible downloads, or incomplete orders should contact XDAY support.

Please provide:

• A description of the delivery issue.
• Relevant screenshots or error messages.

XDAY will review the order and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include correcting the delivery, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund where required by applicable law.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a digital product is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be supplied as agreed, customers may submit a support request.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include:

Temporary downtime does not automatically result in a discretionary refund or license extension.

8. License Activation and Usage

Digital license keys may be linked to a specific device, account, or activation system.

9. Cryptocurrency and Credit Card Payments

For cryptocurrency transactions, the original blockchain transfer generally cannot be reversed. A refund, where applicable, requires a separate transaction or another agreed and legally compliant payment method.

Any applicable network fees, exchange-rate differences, or refund processing requirements will be assessed under the relevant payment terms and applicable law.

Customers retain their rights to raise legitimate disputes through their payment providers.

10. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Products identified as recurring subscriptions are subject to the renewal and cancellation terms presented at checkout.

Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable subscription conditions.

Cancellation does not automatically create a discretionary refund for a billing period already provided.

Mandatory statutory cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.
