The loss of withdrawal rights depends on the applicable legal requirements being satisfied.

4. Before Digital Delivery Begins

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies and remains available, customers may exercise that right within the applicable withdrawal period.

If the legal requirements for an exception have not been met, delivery or access to digital content does not automatically eliminate the customer's statutory withdrawal rights.

5. Software Licenses and Activation

Digital licenses may be activated, delivered, or made accessible electronically.

License activation, successful delivery, or downloading does not independently remove statutory consumer rights unless the applicable legal conditions for an exception have been met.

Time-limited software licenses, subscriptions, and digital services may be subject to additional conditions determined by the nature of the contract and applicable law.

6. Defective or Undelivered Products

Statutory remedies for defective, incorrectly described, or undelivered digital products remain separate from the right of withdrawal.

Customers experiencing technical defects, incorrect license delivery, or material differences from the product description may contact XDAY support.

Available remedies depend on the contractual conditions and applicable consumer protection laws.

7. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Where a statutory withdrawal right remains available, customers can submit a withdrawal request through the withdrawal form provided on the order confirmation or invoice page, where available, or through XDAY's official support channels.

A withdrawal request should include:

• Customer name.
• Order or invoice number.
• Product name.
• Date of purchase.
• Email address used for the order.
• A clear statement that the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract.

Customers exercising a statutory withdrawal right within the applicable period do not need to provide a reason.

Requests submitted within the statutory withdrawal period will be assessed according to applicable law.

8. Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, XDAY will provide the refund required by applicable law.

For withdrawals governed by EU consumer law, reimbursement is generally required without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the customer's withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and permitted by applicable law.

Cryptocurrency refunds may require a separate blockchain transaction because completed cryptocurrency transfers are ordinarily irreversible.

Any alternative refund arrangement remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

9. Withdrawal Requests and Confirmation

XDAY will review submitted withdrawal requests and provide acknowledgment and confirmation as required by applicable law.

Customers should retain their order confirmation, transaction reference, and communications relating to their request.

10. Relationship to the Refund Policy
